For businesses that choose one of our card-based packages, all plastic cards are customized to your brand using your artwork, your name, and your logo. We do not take a one-card-fits-all approach because the card itself can reinforce recognition every time a customer sees it.
Plastic cards are available in two core configurations: CR-80 cards in a traditional credit-card format and key-fob cards in a key-chain style. Both formats can support customer loyalty, membership, and stored-value use cases depending on your program design.
They can also complement digital workflows by making sign-up, scanning, and account identification easier for customers and staff.

PLASTIC STORED-VALUE CARDS
Plastic stored-value cards offer a stronger alternative to paper cash vouchers and gift certificates. They provide better durability, better tracking, and reduced fraud exposure compared with loosely managed paper systems.
With the right account setup, stored-value cards can also support reloading, customer-linked balances, store credit, and other ongoing value-tracking workflows within your broader marketing and retention system.
CARD ORDERING INFORMATION
LEAD-TIME PLANNING
The ordering process starts with your artwork submission. After artwork is received, a design proof is usually sent back within a day or two.
Plastic cards are typically shipped in fewer than 10 business days after the approved proof is returned, though holiday production peaks can affect timing.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
The minimum order quantity is 500 cards per style and design. Larger quantities are often more efficient because the cost per card generally declines as volume increases.
Planning ahead helps ensure you order enough inventory to support projected enrollment and replacement needs.
ARE PLASTIC CARDS REQUIRED?
It depends on the subscription plan you choose. Some service plans are card-less, while others are card-based.
Card-based subscriptions receive a discounted monthly service rate, and those plans require that the supporting plastic card stock be procured through Preferred Patron.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
- Print quality at 300 dpi resolution or higher
- Dimensioned to the specification for the desired card style
- Include 0.125 inch bleed on all edges
- Saved as a layered Photoshop PSD file or a ready-sized JPG file
- For flat JPG art, include individual graphic files for background, logo, fonts, and other elements
- Email artwork with all supporting font files attached
